How to Order
Orders can be placed though our online store or contact Rocky National customer service by email or phone.
Processing Time
Rocky National processes orders Monday - Friday. Small orders of in stock products with custom engraving usually ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7-10 day lead time on small orders during fall months Oct-Dec. Large orders with logo engraving may require a 10-20 day lead time. Out of stock products can be preordered and stock is usually available through our supply chain with in 5-12 business days. Please CONACT Rocky National customer service for any proofs, quotes, stock checks or request current order processing lead times.
Shipping
Various shipping methods are available and are shown at check out. Customers have option to select the desired shipping carrier and shipping options offered by each carrier.
Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping does not expedite order processing and only shortens transit time. If rush service is needed to expedite processing time please contact Rocky National customer service to request rush service prior to ordering.
Back Orders/Out of Stock
Out of stock products are usually available through our supply chain and available for order fulfillment within 5-10 business days after order placement. Supply chain back orders or out of stock Benchmade products may require additional order processing time. Back order times can vary depending on order quantity and supply chain product availability. Customers can request product availability updates daily by calling Rocky National customer service 800-705-2040.
Cancellations
If products have been engraved cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations must be in writing.
