- Free shipping orders are shipped USPS ground advantage or UPS ground.
- Overall lead time can vary 5-10 days depending on shipping destination. Orders are shipped from Wisconsin.
- Allow 2 days for engraving and processing on orders up to 10 pieces. Shipping transit time can vary 3 to 5 days depending on destination.
- Logo engraving requests and orders over 10 pieces may require additional lead time.
- Customers can request a delivery timeline at check out. Please enter specific dates. If the requested delivery date can not be met Rocky National will contact customers to confirm delivery timeline.

Shipping Carriers
- Optional shipping methods are available for additional cost and are shown at check out.
- Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping does not expedite order processing and only shortens transit time. If rush service is needed to expedite processing time please contact Rocky National customer service to request rush service prior to ordering.
Back Orders/Out of Stock
Out of stock products can be preordered and stock is usually available through our supply chain with in 5-12 business days. Please CONACT Rocky National customer service for any proofs, quotes, stock checks or request current order processing lead times. Supply chain back orders or out of stock Benchmade products may require additional order processing time.
Cancellations
If products have been engraved cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations must be in writing.
