Orders can be placed though our online store or contact RockyNational customer service by email or phone.
In stock products without custom engraving ship within 1 to 2 business days. Allow 2-3 days processing for in stock orders requiring engraving.
Back Orders/Out of Stock
Out of stock products are usually available to ship within 7-10 business days after order placement. Out of stock Benchmade products may require additional processing time. Back order times can vary depending on order quantity and manufacturer product availability. Customers can request product availability updates daily by calling RockyNational customer service 800-705-2040.
Various shipping methods are available and are shown at check out. Customers have option to select the desired shipping carrier and available shipping options offered by each carrier. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders shipped.
If products have been engraved cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations must be in writing.
