Its super-solid anodized aluminum handle will tolerate muscular utility while keeping weight at a minimum, and the textured inlay on the handle allows for confident use by its operator. Jimping on the upper handle beneath the thumb and curvature of thoughtfully positioned lower finger grooves are built for easy ergonomic functioning and grip with this sturdy knife when downrange.

Engage the sturdy, light 4.9 ounce folder’s safety slide locking mechanism with the thumb once the blade is deployed; the blade can then be closed one-handed after the slide lock is compressed upward merely by flipping it down against a hard surface. Tip-down carry makes it easy to bring the Answer F.A.S.T. out of a pocket, engage the safety-slide lock, and open the knife wherever and whenever the need for a beefy blade might arise. A stainless pocket clip is attached, and a lanyard hole in the pommel provides for the option of tie-down for additional security.
