Since 1990 our lightweight Delica, has been everyones favorite You will find it used by all branches of serving and saving professionals and for everyday use around the house, job or recreational activities. It's that perfect knife you want with you at all times. Last year we improved it by changing the blade grind to flat and the steel to VG10. It still has the volcano grip FRN handle with an ambidextrous black clip and a David Boye dent in the locking lever.
