Rocky National is the child company of Beltz Technologies, Inc. We have been providing outstanding customer service and product sales since 1996.


Will you share my information with other companies? TOP  
We will never share any personal information including your email address for any reason other than required by law.


Is my order transaction and information secure? TOP  
For transaction security, we use 128-Bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Your account information and transaction data are stored in encrypted databases. Most browsers will indicate a secure connection within the status bar at the bottom of your screen. (Look for the padlock during checkoutorder)


What forms of payment do you accept? TOP  
We accept the following: Discover Visa Mastercard American Express , Government IMPAC Credit Card, BUSINESS Check or Money Order


I don't have a credit card. Can I have my package shipped C.O.D.? TOP  
Unfortunately, we only ship merchandise which has been pre-paid. You may download and print an order form off our Web site and send that in with your check or money order.


How do I set up an account with your company? TOP  
Our company does not offer time payments for individual orders. We do, however, accept all major credit cards as a form of payment for online orders.

How much will shipping be? TOP  
We offer all standard UPS shipping options including Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day shipping. We have partnered with UPS to ensure the best possible pricing on shipping.As such, we do not give flat rate shipping. It is our experience, that flat rate shipping is not in the best interest of the customer. For that reason during the checkoutorder process, we contact UPS with the shipping information (zipcode, weight, etc) to get up to the date and accurate pricing. To see what it would cost to ship your order, click on the "View Cart" link at the top of the page after adding an item.It will ask you for your zipcode. Click "Find Shipping" and it will display the UPS shipping options and pricing.


How do I place an order? TOP  
Rocky National takes a lot of pride in our customer service. If you are not sure if a product is exactly what you need or want more information, call one of our experienced professionals. They will help you with any questions or problems you might have. The call is toll-free at 800-705-2040. We can even take your order over the phone. You will get all of the same notifications you would get if you ordered from our website, including a confirmation of approval and shipment tracking information.

To purchase online, click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be directed to the shopping cart for review. You can continue shopping at this point or simply choose the quantities you would like and finalize your order. You will be given the opportunity to adjust your billing and shipping information and then you will be prompted for your credit card information. At this point, you will be ready to place your order. After your order is processed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment tracking number so you will have the ability to track your package.

All internet orders are placed with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security and your order information is then encrypted before being placed in the database.

We do NOT sell or give out customer information to 3rd party companies!


How quickly will my order be shipped? TOP  
Orders which are received by 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday (Central Standard Time), and that are in stock, will be the same day, pending credit card approval. Orders which are received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


How long will it take for my order to get to me? TOP  
UPS Ground is the standard shipping option and usually takes 4-5 business days for delivery. We do, however, offer all UPS shipping options including Next Day, 2-day and 3-Day Select services.


How can I track the status of an order? TOP  
If you have included a valid email address in your order, you will receive a copy of your order request as well as order tracking information directly from us upon shipment. You may also log into the order tracking section of our website and receive up to the minute updates on the status of your order.


I want to have my order shipped to a different address, will this cause any delays? TOP  
When shipping to a different address (other than your billing address) a delay in shipping your order may be due to our authorization/verification procedures. Because of this, be sure to include your daytime phone number so that we may contact you. This will help expedite your order.


What is your return policy? TOP  
  • Rocky National offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
  • Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to Rocky National. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and the reason for the return.
  • All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
  • Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Rocky National will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on defective item(s) only.
  • Products purchased totaling more than $750.00 are subject to exchange only if defective.
  • For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
  • If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Rocky National to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Rocky National immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Rocky National of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Relations at (800) 230-3525 or your Rocky National account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Rocky National within 30 days from the Invoice date, at Rocky National's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
  • Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Rocky National within 30 days from the invoice date, at Rocky National' discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
  • Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturers go out of business or in the case of specially ordered items. Rocky National reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.


How do I return an item? TOP  
  • Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Failure to do so may result in a 15% restocking fee.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method that allows traceability. We cannot be held accountable for packages lost in transit.
  • All items must be in sellable condition and as such cannot be soiled, worn or laundered.

What do I do if the item I receive is defective? TOP  
Though we do not knowingly sell any products that are considered by the factory to be "seconds", occasionally a defective product will slip through and reach a consumer. If this occurs, please call our Customer Support Center at (800) 705-2040 for instructions on how to exchange your item for a working one.


How do I cancel an order? TOP  
Orders can be cancelled up until the time the item has been shipped. Some exceptions include customized products and large quantity orders. Please contact our Customer Support Center at (800) 705-2040 to cancel your order.


How are backordered items handled? TOP  
Backordered items are those that the manufacturer does not have in stock and is not expected to ship for 3-4 weeks.We endeavor to keep all items in stock in a good amount in order to quickly get your item to you.However, when an item is backordered from the manufacturer, we will ship out the in stock items via the shipping option you chose at the time of order placement.When the backordered item(s) becomes in stock, we will ship it out via UPS Ground for no additional fee. Please note, that for "On Order" items, we will hold the entire order until that item is in stock.

How do I know if the item I want is in stock? TOP  
All items that are currently in stock will say "In Stock" underneath the image and just above the price on the product details page (page describing in detail the item).

Is there a discount if I order multiple items? TOP

Do you carry the merchandise in your own inventory or does it ship direct from the manufacturer? TOP  
Everything that we sell to our online customers is direct from our own stock of merchandise. Although with some large quantity orders we do drop shipping in order to provide speedier service.Overall, we find that it is quicker, more efficient, and more reliable to stock the merchandise and ship it ourselves.


Do you have any good deals on closeout or discontinued items? TOP  
At times, we will have closeouts and/or discontinued items. Discontinued items show "This item has been discontinued" along with the quantity of the item we have left in stock on the Product Details page.


Do you sell used or refurbished merchandise? TOP  
At times, we do have used or refurbished items for sale. These items are ONLY found on the "Discount Bin" page and are CLEARLY marked. Rest assured that the rest of the items on our site are BRAND NEW only.


Can I "special order" an item that you do not have on your website? TOP  
Yes. We want you to contact our Customer Support Center at (800) 705-2040 for any special purchases which you may want to make. We are always adding new items to our website, and new products come out every day. Thus, if there is something in particular that you have in mind but do not see on our website, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to help fulfill your needs.


I'm not sure the knife I want to order is legal in my state. What do I do? TOP  
Knife ownership and carry laws differ from state to state, as well as municipality to municipality. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from Rocky National, and compliance with your local/state laws is completely your own responsibility. Contact your local law enforcement agencies for laws/ordinances/codes in your area prior to placing an order.


Where do I send my knife for repairs/warranty? TOP  
After the initial 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty (if available) takes over. Please see our warranty page for more information on phone numbers and addresses of the individual manufacturers.
