How to Order
Orders can be placed though our online store or contact RockyNational customer service by email or phone. 

Processing Time 
In stock products without custom engraving ship within 1 to 2 business days.  Allow 2-3 days processing for in stock orders requiring engraving.    

Back Orders/Out of Stock
Our online store allows customers to place orders for products shown on back order.  Back order products are usually available to ship within 1 week of order placement.  Back order times can vary depending on order quantity and manufacturer product availability.  Customers can request  product availability updates daily by calling RockyNational customer service 800-705-2040. 

Shipping
Various shipping methods are available and are shown at check out.  Customers have option to select the desired shipping carrier and available shipping options offered by each carrier.  Tracking numbers are provided on all orders shipped.  

Cancellations
If products have been engraved cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations must be in writing.
