 Gerber Box Knife

I like mine very much. If your going to be using it all day, every day than you would want something else. But I use mine at work several times a day and it has a good balance of being comfortable to carry and tough enough to get the job done. I clip it inside the front pocket of my jeans and sometimes forget that it's there. My only concern is that the screw holding the blade in will one day work itself out or be lost because it's so small. Also I wish the metal the screw is made out of was harder. I find myself over tightening the screw because I'm paranoid about it falling out and it slightly deforms the screw head. After extended use this could be a problem. I like mine and would buy it again but there's always room for improvement.

I really like this knife, but I think it is bad business to make the blade an odd ball size and charge almost as much as a new knife just for one blade. Especially when I can buy 100 stanley blades for 10 bucks. . . you can only get 1 blade for 5 bucks for this knife.

I was given this knife as a gift. The knife has two nylon bushings. One bushing has already fallen out. without the bushings the mechanisum is slopy. I would like to be able to replace the bushings. Other than that I like the knife.

I work in retail, and have used mine daily for about 6 months. I carry it in my front pocket, and its small size is perfect. I had other box cutters, and they were all too large. I have bought a coulple for co-workers who also value its slim profile and ease of operation. I have had no issue with blades not fitting or falling out. Also have had no issue with clip fatigue. I plan on buying a few in case I lose it. Excellent product.

I bought the knife very impressed with the design. The first day at work the clip broke and I lost the knife. I bought another thinking I had just gotten a bad clip. Second one did the same thing. Love the design but lost two and can't bring myself to purchase a third.

Great Pocket Knife & Money Clip

I've been using this for almost a year now, and so far no problem with the clip as other reviews mentioned. I use it as a money clip, and I usually have 3 to 5 bills folded to 1/4 length - that's 4 layers per bill. I also like the blade change function, and i even carry it on airlines with the blade removed. TSA did catch it, but once they realized the blade was out, they passed it through. cheap enough to buy another blade at the destination if i need the knife there. But it is for occasional pocketknife needs. As another review correctly stated, not for all day use - if you intend to use a knife all day, then get one with a full size handle.

After using the knife for one month as a money clip, the clip broke and fell off. I usually had 3 or 4 bills in it and the clip fatigued and broke off.

I used this knife for 2 years on my ranch and sail boat.. changed the razor 2 or 3 times. Great knife,, but the clip finally did break and I lost it. I'll probably buy another.

I bought this knife, and had it for months, it is small, and compact. I have lost it now, and couldn't find the same one at stores. Now I have a medium utility knife, and is allways falling out of my pocket, and too bulky.

I have had the knife for a long time & think it's a realy good knife for what it is. I can't seem to find blades that fit. Standard blades seem to be a little bigger

I have this knife and the blade came out and cut my hand! And, I went to the emergency room to have it checked. It cut me and had me off work for 1 day.I was just wondering if you have fixed this problem and if so could you let me know or send me the new version i dont feel safe using this one.
