Originally, the Co-Pilot sold steadily as an airline knife you could take with you onboard to your destination so you'd never be without a pocketknife or money clip. Times have changed, but the design endures. What the PlainEdge VG-10 blade lacks in size it makes up for with cutting performance and handling comfort.
