 Disappointed

The saw is great, as good as the first saws I owned. The pruner broke on the first day I used it. I have pruners at home 10 years old, even a ratcheting set about years old. To say the least I was disappointed to have this happen the first day of usage.

I received the Pruners and saw as a gift. I went out and tried to use the pruners but the handle broke while trying to cut a limb ¾ inch thick. I mailed them back to Gerber and they promptly returned a new set. Went out and tried a limb ½ inch thick. They broke again. I have never been so disappointed in a name brand product. 2 sets and I still haven’t cut through a single limb.
